I Really Want to Stay At Your House Reply Bug

The second time this quest showed up with Panam, she texted me that she wanted to meet, I answered that to meet at my Megabuilding Apartment but she never answered. She has even texted me about other topics, but never answered to that text.

The quest is stuck at the "Read and Reply to the message from Panam" and never progresses, it's been several ingame days and still the same.

Anyway to fix this or do I have to accept the fate that she ghosted me?

Considering that most of us will, eventually, get sick of that quest constantly and endlessly repeating on us until we just send them to an apartment we will just make a point to never again go to, my best advice would be.
Count your blessings.

I understand why people dislike it, but I enjoy it for the RP, and it really annoys me that it's bugged.

Already verified game files, no problem.

No mods neither, also do not have Phantom Liberty
