There is this odd noise sometimes...like, a radio that's badly tuned....you can almost hear a voice sometimes, but its like they are too far away?
That's netrunners.
Behind the H8, I've heard it, I tried turning off the power (up by the dead admin guy) from the circuit breaker box, but not, it kept being there.
Then, later on I used cameras to hack a bunch of maelstrom guys.
One was a runner, up on top of this huge round gas tower. That sound was there, but only when I was pointing the camera directly at him.
That's when I realised I was coming from Netrunner NPC's
( I had enough ram to hack everyone BUT him lol, one at a time)
When I got up there, knife to the chromedome....and as Iooted him, it was there again.
Makes me wonder tho....not every runner has that sound....maybe the Blackwall is sniffing around em...
i'ts pretty much all the time, its as you said like a radio badly tuned but i don't exactly hear a voice as of yet, but if its like some in game event or some sort of thing I've to do i hope its that because even with the updates, the game still be causing issues, i'm not sure if its a bug or just the in game shenanigans
If it's that, there is a mod specifically to fix that one thing.
Or you can go back before the bug and choose different dialogue options.
Lots of info on the net about this one. Just google cyberpunk Johnny glitch
If replaying the audio does not have the noise, it's a hardware issue creating the issue. The processing in intensive games can result in aural artifacts not caused by the game itself.
Whenever Dr Paradox hijacks a video feed, the closer I am to it the more loud horrible static noises and pops I'll get.
It's so bad that I flee the scene whenever he comes on.
