archive xl / deceptious quest core not working 2.13?

hey guys, so recently after rolling back to the 2.13 version so i can wait for all the mods to catch back up, anytime i enter v's apartment, i get an error message stating that:
"Deceptious Quest Core cannot verify that ArchiveXL is working!
Please check that:
ArchiveXL is installed correctly (it is) [version 1.18.0]
DeceptiousQuestCore.Archive.xl is present (yes, but it has a z in front of the Deceptious) [3.1.0]
that RED4ext is installed correctly (it absolutely is ) [1.26.1]
now, i will admit, I'm a clown when it comes to technical things, so I feel stumped on how to proceed. the logs in Red4ext tell me to bring it back to 2.2, but i get another error message
any help would be appreciated
and yes, i do feel like a clown

so, after upgrading back to 2.2, i booted back up, and everything is running fine
