All clothing in wardrobe have disappeared - 2.2

I'm currently level 33 on this playthrough, and suddenly, all the clothes are missing from my wardrobe. They are still on the model, the outfits are still saved, and if the the garment is in my inventory or stash it still exists., but just does't show up in my wardrobe. So i can't change or add new clothes to an outfit anymore.

any help?
I've tried loading a different save, EVEN ONE FROM WAY earlier in the game and they are gone too. I've rebooted the game, no luck.

I'm lost.
