I found the elevator that leads you to the Red Queen's race. The elevator comes to my floor but it doesn't move down and the control panel doesn't work. How do I fix this?

Hey Bro I don't know if you still need help with this looking that you wrote that note 2 years ago but basiclly what worked for me was reloading the save to the time before you talked with the Undercover cop (I don't remember his name) after that going into the facility and just going to the door without killing anyone or hacking anything after that I called the elevator and it fixed it self. Sorry for my bad English I hope this helped.
