Of course more detail is key, paramount, vital to any problem. Too many players just write its broken, why why why. Idiots!!! Check your game settings and lower them, reset them. You could uninstall and install v2.2. Then use the cyberpunk support web site or discord to log the faults.
If we kept the pc case intact, we would have certainly cooked the CPU and GPU by now. A PS5 can cook playing most GFX intensive games, heating up the room in winter. We had to make adjustments to replace the stock CPU heat sink and remove the top and front covers to allow air to circulate, everything getting too hot can lead to games, programs and windows 11 crashing and presenting errors. We use CPUID / HWMONITOR to keep a eye on the power, temperature, etc.
P.S. I had the intro stuck this morning, the space key would not work. BUT IT DID WORK. But not in Cyberpunk, quick fix, alt-tab out, check the keyboard works, then back in and presto. Space got past that quick changing intro.
