[2.2] Character face bug

After the 2.2 update, i wanted to check out the new character stuff. I changed my character, hair, makeup color, and when i finished it, i saw that my head is invisible, and its kinda like a texture that going down, all over my character. The only parts i see is the mouth and teeth. I tested it out without mods, but it still the same, however, i can see the character face in the photo mode.

a similar problem. reinstalling the game did not help (
I also deleted the saves in the game itself - the problem persisted
