Stick to 566.36
DUDE, DISABLE RAY RECONSTRUCTION is mandatory to do so. ( on transformers model at least).
DISABLE RT , or at least RR to do the trick.
Thank you so much for the suggestion.
After some research on how to uninstall and rollback using DDU This has solved my issue.
Windows 24H2 seems to be more stable with these older nvidia drivers.
Ray reconstruction and other in game settings were not the cause here.
I am able to max out all settings with my pny 4080 super and get just under 90fps.
I like using he nvidia app for my drivers and overclocking. However, the latest set of drivers cause the above problem AND nvidia's overclocking is causing problems in other games, like Black Ops 6. BO6 was freezing due to nvidia overclocking with the latest drivers. I have previously not had any issues with overclocking.
If NASCAR drivers crashed as often as this game has been for me lately, their races would actually be entertaining to watch.
Intel I7-2470K - 3.4GHZ
16GM of Ram
GPU: Gforce TX 4060 TI
Game is running on an SSD
Going to try disabling ray reconstruction and maybe direct x settings to see if that fixes it. My crashes have been completely random (Just the game itself crashing. sometimes the game will be fine for up to an hour, other times it will crash after 10 minutes. Also tried disabling both the Nvidia Gfroce game overlay and the steam overlay.)
i have rtx 4050
i5 13420
16 gb ram
it just dont want to start
Processor: Core i7-6700 or Ryzen 5 1600
Sky, not enough info dude. Are you using the correct gpu? Which driver version? Is Ray Reconstruction On and or is DLSS Framegen On? Try 566.36 drivers.
Adding to catch22atplay's questions. When is it crashing? Can you get to the main menu at all? Have you tried to verify file integrity?
Nvidia needs to stop screwing around. Every single thing since they've released the 50 series has been hot garbage.
Specs: Win 11 24H2
9800x3D
Asus Rog Strix 4090
32GB RAM
SSD
PSU Corsair RM Shift 1200W (I have way more than enough to handle Cyberpunk)
So update the motherboard drivers.
