Hm... weird.
I've tried validating the files, reinstalling the entire game fresh, changing graphical settings and such, but it's always these specific road displays and billboards in certain locations.
Looks to me like a texture map is missing or something similar.
Nah, changing graphical settings has no effect on it as it's not caused by graphics.
Pretty sure it's just a mesh mistake as I keep coming across so many meshes in the game that overlap terribly and have questionable implementations.
