Stuck in a Phone call

Just as the title says, every time I load my save my phone gets a call from Mr. Hands and I cant answer it so it hangs up but makes it so my character is stuck in a phone call so I literally cant interact with anything.

he calls the first time you enter Pacifica or if you get far enough in the story, I didn't have this issue

Update; anyone who encounters this issue just try to get into a braindance, I got into a braindance from a mission with Judy to save Evelyn and the phone instantly started catching up making V answer every call that I haven't been able to answer for like 3 days. Once you save Evelyn and bring her back to Judy's apt, most story calls or new area calls will start to process through.

If you have a save with this issue, would send it to CDPR. It's an old, old bug which is fairly uncommon now but that's such a situational workaround that it really needs a fix and it only gets that if those with it send in their bug reports.
