Bugged ending of Final Race with Claire

Hi

Im playing new game third time right now and I have same problem with last race with Claire like in my second game... The problem is, she all the time killing Sampson and I don't know why.

I checked how to do it on internet and everything what I found was telling to do things I actually did... While talk after third race pick second dialouge option which tell "I just want win, I will not help to kill him" and even in messages I have lines which call about killing Sampson only with race rules... Cool. Now everything should be fine, right? No... After Sampson crash I using every time dialouge and of course call her to leave him alone at end but she keep don't care and turn back to him and shooting.
Once I did it in blind even don't know about endings, at second time I spended about one and half hour to do it rightly for this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Sampson car at start...
Anyone seen that problem or have some ideas what I could done wrong? I really checked many pages about this quest and im sure I did all correctly... I guess...
I had this problem on legacy patch (1.63) after release of patch 2.0 and now on newiest (2.02)

I have tha same problem. I think it is just bugged and we need to wait until devs fix it. Or you can use save editor (see last comment here https://www.reddit.com/r/cyberpunkgame/comments/s2pv68/claire_issues_pc_save_editor/ )
