Opening Character editor in V's room causes game to freeze
game keeps running the task manager says that it isnt not responeding but game wont load it same as lag from opening inventory any thing to do with opening any of the games UI causes sever lag with character editor causes game for most part to freeze I have to crash game just to get out of the frozen window.

was really hoping there been a fix for this already been more then 4 months since I last played but guess this just the norm.

Which room? The original apartment? Will try to reproduce but I've not ever seen on other updates so you may need to put in a bug report again.

in the apartment yea when ever I goto mirror and try to open character editor the game starts to load but screen stays blank I still hear sound and move the mouse when I check Task Manager says game is still running using aton of memory but game will sit at that blank screen till I get tierd of waiting and force close the game iv sat for full 30mins before longest I was willing to wait and still did it this was 4 or so months ago decided to give game some time came back today same problem

All I'm seeing with the mirror is a big but very brief hit to fps when first accessing the mirror (happens whether it opens the options or it's just Johnny looking back). This is on a super old save which I've run round for 100% completion on a few updates now. No problems changing appearance.

If you can reproduce it then bug report it and see what they suggest from having a better view of your system and knowing all the basic stuff has been checked: https://support.cdprojektred.com/en/cyberpunk/pc/sp-technical/issue/1700/my-game-crashes-7

I turned down mirror quality in options in this seems to fixed it actuly typing problem

actuly turning down Mirror quality seems to fixed every thing including inventory lag and general UI lag hardly noticing it now - nvm it fixed character editor and inventory isnt as laggy as it was but I dont want reduce over all game quality any lower cause then whats point of playing
