Crackling Audio & Stuttering 10.11.2022

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz
16.0 GB RAM (15.8 GB usable)
Windows 11 Home Single Language
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
Razer Kraken 2 BT Headphones

The issues of crackling audio and stuttering only started after auto-downloading a patch yesterday. It's fine if I only check on Inventory, Upgrading my Character etc or is in the Main Menu but once I'm back to gameplay to go on missions the crackling issue comes up again.

I've tried:

1. Downgrading my Sound System to Radio Quality
2. Validating files on Steam
3. Turning off console pad vibrations on Cyberpunk Main Menu

Issue still persists. Please advise. I've played 40 hours and love it, until these problems arises.
