FSR 3.1 for Cyberpunk - When modders do a better job then CDPR

Hey... for everyone who thought that the FSR 3 implementation would be good after waiting a year for it... only to be hugely disappointed, I have good news.

Ignore the FSR 3.0 implementation and simply install the following mod with a few clicks: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/14726

After you have copied the files into your game directory, you can then select DLSS in the game and use FSR 3.1 and frame generation. The good thing about FSR 3.1 is that you can combine frame generation with all other upscalers. Since FSR delivers rather poor image quality overall (well, it can hardly be worse than what CDPR delivered here), frame generation can be combined with Intel's XeSS 1.3, for example.

One positive thing to mention is that with this mod you can use a normal full-screen mode again instead of a frameless window.
