(FIXED) Lightless dark scene during character creation
If you see this problem, the reason is that you have Radeon GPU and the very last GPU driver.

Here are few steps you can go through to fix the subject:
  1. Purge your current GPU driver with AMD Cleanup Utility[www2.ati.com] in safe mode (Windows 11 also compatible).
  2. Install official AMD Radeon software[drivers.amd.com] with recommended driver (21.10.2 instead of 21.12.1 for now) and with factory settings reset.
This solution works on my PC with Radeon RX 570 and on my friend's PC based on Ryzen 5 5600G (integrated GPU) and I really hope it will work also on your computer.

I'm attempting this right now, but the AMD Radeon Software continues to fail every time, and I'm not understanding why. It keeps stating this Error 195 issue over & over.

Possible Cause
Error 195 can be caused if the AMD web server is not accessible due to antivirus and/or firewall protection. This can also happen if the AMD web server is unavailable due to maintenance.

Solution
Error 195 is usually resolved by applying the troubleshooting steps in the order suggested below:

Please ensure the antivirus software and definitions are up to date and/or temporarily disable your antivirus software until the installation of the Radeon™ Software package is complete.

Check your firewall settings to ensure that it isn’t blocking access to AMD web server during the installation of the Radeon™ Software package.

Run the Radeon™ Software Installer at a later time. When the AMD web server is back online the Radeon Software Installer should successfully complete the driver installation.

After a little headache & a couple installs later, the game is now working as intended, freaking awesome, did exactly as stated by Rykov7 & now everything is going smoothly, hopefully there won't be any such issues like this again, as for me & the game at this time, haven't had any major bugs, for now.

Hello first page. This is still something people are discovering.

It's alarming to me that this is an issue for AMD users, so far, playing Cyberpunk a couple hours here & there, I haven't had any issues after the helpful guide provided by Rykov7. I've had some bugs in the game, but they are very minor, from a table floating, to a body somehow able to move a car, but, overall, the game has been running pretty good for me. Hopefully this issue with AMD gets resolved, it shouldn't be happening in the first place.

If you all bug report it to AMD then AMD will no doubt fix it pretty quickly on a future driver release.
