Aaron is gone?

im playing phanthom liberty and im at the mission "no easy way out" and rn i have to wait for aaron to get out but he isnt coming and ive waited 30 mins

I'm not sure which part you're at, but if it's where you're supposed to meet him outside the scav base, I believe you have to click on the bench and select 'Wait for Aaron" or something similar. Then time will fast forward and he'll show up.
