So it might be something involved with either hardware combo or software linked to your GPU driver. Anyone uses something like NVIDIA GeForce Experience or ATI equivalant to manage the GPU ?
But I've tried everything and can't figure out why this is happening, I wonder if something isn't compatible or just isn't connecting right code wise.
I've un-installed and deleted all files and reinstalled and still have the issue.
strange how it was steam overlay, guess CD RED still needs to work out some kinks in regards to making cyberpunk compatible with steam overlay.
