Fixing an ID 10010 turns into an ID1000
so i wanted to play the game again after a few month (last time was in march, when it run flawlessly) and obviously there were some game, windows and driver updates but my problem turned really weird:

so i started the game, and a few times i managed to load the save, get into the game and it ran for a few minutes and than crashed to desktop; sometimes crashed while loading or on start up as well.
the error code was in systems (Event ID 10010: The server Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.)
- even after i deinstalled the gamebar via Terminal

now i restored the gamebar and the game crashes on start up and occationaly while trying the load the save - with an ID1000 under application - onetime it crashed my entire PC

the strangest of all things about this is; despite having problems with an faulty gamebar befor, when i activate it now it crashes even faster

p.s. runing an i7 14700k GTX 4070 and 32GB RAM under win11 - everthing up-to date, windows, GPU driver, C++ visual and NETframework

The 10010 event was introduced by Microsoft after an Windows update (don't remember wich one, but it is easy to find it on the internet). I have this issue too for several monthes like many others .

The error is logged every time you launch a game (not only Cyberpunk). It should not affect your game stability.

The things i would try are :

- Remove all the installed mods if you have some
- Verify your files through Steam or GOG
- Delete the UserSettings.json (you have to remap all your keys after this)
- Delete Nvidia shader cache
- Reinstalling a fresh game ?

Good luck

"The 10010 event was introduced by Microsoft after an Windows update (don't remember wich one, but it is easy to find it on the internet). i vertified my through steam several times now with no effect

the shade cache u mean the DXcache? well that folder doesnt exists for me, only got a GLcache

but i could try the user setting thing
