Report a translation problem
When you get Skippy back from Regina, Skippy no longer talks. Yeah a bad idea from CD Project Red in my opinion. People wanted to keep Skippy because of the AI, not because of the gun itself.
Skippy not talking after you get it back from Regina is supposed to happen.
That might be a bug. I heard before 2.0 people would put Skippy in their stash, take him out again, and he would stop talking.
Sometimes Skippy gets bugged when you are doing his quest and never asks you what why you are using him in the mode you set when you picked him up in the alley (I never got either of these bugs).
