Bug: Can't leave Totentanz because of Nancy

No matter what I do, Nancy doesn't follow me into the elevator so I cannot continue the mission.
I tried restarting the game for several times and even re-doing the mission, but nothing works, she just doesn´t get into the elevator.

I have no mods nor anything, so I don't know what's going on or how to fix it ):

nvm, i tried another elevator on the bottom floor and it worked somehow
