Cannot Complete Voodoo Treasure Job?

See title, but I got the code from I’ve Seen That Face Before, completed Firestarter, and went to the location for Voodoo Treasure but the locker is already open. I’ve never interacted with it before, I tried scanning the locker to no avail, and the code pad just isn't on. When I take the pistol and data shard and money, the job does not complete or clear. I read the shard, equipped the weapon, etc. What do I do??? Do I need to progress more or something?

Note: I am playing on Playstation, posted to the subreddit and got no responses :(
