If you have no choice and nothing is working it may be best to also purge all your cloud saves as well, and any saves hiding on your hard drive.
or they can fix the game
Same problem here, can't play.
Game crashes when clicking play on the launcher...
No mods. Windows 11.
Next I would look into if there is a driver related crash. Consider rolling back (or if not updated then update) GPU driver and see if that helps. Windows updates can also be the cause and may require rolling back but this is harder to determine and more annoying a process, too.

This one is a rather interesting solution https://forums.cdprojektred.com/index.php?threads/patch-2-11-crash-on-load-save-new-game.11127766/
Another is to consider turning HDD mode off and restarting the game.
Notice all these issues are due to not properly cleaning uninstalling the game though... Sadly, uninstalls aren't so clean as you might expect and often leave trace folders with data that will be used if you ever reinstall an application in many cases. This also pertains to mods. Thus you have to uninstall, find related folders, and completely delete them. Best is to reboot when done before doing a new install.
Keep multiple saves to solve that problem. Corrupted saves should be a rarity. This way you don't lose all progress and mitigate most losses. Unless your PC is underpowered odds are it will be no better on console.
