birds with broken wings unable to use intercom at farida - ctd

Having an issue where as soon as I click on the prompt to Say Farida? to the Intercom I instantly CTD
My Soundcard was glitching before I tried talking to the intercom so I thought that was the cause but the issue persisted even after I reboot the PC and resolved the Soundcard issue.
I went back to various stages of prior saves and was unable to progress past the issue.
Any help would be appreciated, please also let me know if anyone else is also having this same issue.
