The Riot with no People

NCPD HQ located in Heywood. There is a very obvious heavy police presence behind a barricade that includes officers with HMGs and riot gear, and 2 mechs. I can clearly hear the sound of people yelling in the background .... and there is no people.

I'd love for this to be fixed, especially if there is more background information explaining the demonstration.

Yes, I remember driving past that place (probably), when there was suddenly a large crowd and lots of police, that hadn't been there before, so I figured it was related to a mission I had recently done or something.

But when passing by since then, the people are gone but the police still there, as you say. Probably also the crowd sound since you say so, but haven't listened while driving by.

It's not just you. I was going about my usual rooftop shenanigans, when I could *hear* what was clearly some kind of protest, but my Kiroshi wasn't picking up anything other than enemies. I'm on PS5, and I know sometimes boxes with loot can bug out, so I have to save, quit the game entirely, then come back in. Totally didn't work in this case.

Odd question, but do you remember it being night time? I waited (time skip) until almost noon on a rooftop nearby, and out of nowhere a crowd showed up.
