Yep. Same issue here. With all core mods updated, too.

I just started a new playthrough with all the mods and thinking this time around I'm able to go path tracing from the start to finish... and then this update...

I updated original reply with a potential fix? The plugin - Mod Setting was missing from my game. I haven't even tried.

no, but where to download it, steam does not offer me the installation
if you're talking about the cyber engine version, then yes, I have installed

Same here after this mornings update. Tried running it without, no luck. Loaded with no mods, still the same error...?!

damn, I manually installed all the mods, do you know if there is a program to see the list of mods? or I'll have to manually pull them out)

Found a solution:
removing the hotscenes mod and the hotscenes addon

"E3 Smart Windows" caused this issue for me on the new Cyber Engine Tweaks release. However the even newer "Patch 2.12a entity spawner fix" release of cyber engine tweaks FIXED IT, which was published only 30 mins ago as of writing.
