I mean it's happening on a road, something you know they tested and re-tested, after that launch fiasco.
If it turns out to be impossible to solve on your end, get creative getting to your destination. Go scrambling over the hills on foot from the other side maybe. Once you finish the quest lines up there you will probably avoid the area like the plague, but there's not much up here but those couple estates anyway.
If you want to force their hand, so to speak, make a video of the NPCs and cars falling into the void, and link it on the CDPR tech support site. This is a touchy subject with them.
I want to duplicate that just to see it. It sounds hilarious (but, yes, it would be frustrating if unfixable).
