How do I unlock/obtain cyberarms?

I installed Arasaka Cyberarms, but haven't found any at any ripperdocs, so I'm unsure when or how they become available. Am I missing something?

There IS a level requirement for cyberware slots to become available. I don't recall what the level is regarding Arms, sorry. So If, for example, you haven't finished Act 1, then reached Level-X, you cannot access Arms.

Not exactly an answer, but it's a start . . .

Arm Cyberware is available though... It's just that Cyberarms aren't.
