Comrade's Hammer issues

Hopefully the devs see this as these issues are messing up gameplay by quite a bit if you use this weapon all the time.

First issue is that it doesn't work with the Stalker Optics highlighting feature. So I gather this is an issue with a few tech guns.

Second issue is that when using the melee attack reload feature when also using a Sandevistan, it will fail to fire until you ads.

for me multiple effects stopped working until I refunded and re-purchased related perks, and people are saying cyberware is also bugged (but I didn't notice any issues myself)
