Patch 2.1 has broken Judy.

She is in her appartment, leaning onto the (now closed) window, but interactions are not possible. She doesn't pick up the phone either.

Alright it worked but I still cannot sleep in the H10 apartment just like you said

For me, I moved to another area after the date and this ended the date. After that I returned to the H10 apartment and was able to sleep there

I think the quest "I really want to stay at your house" starts with an automatic text from you to Judy saying "You busy?"

That happened to my wife once, it really sucked. I had to figure out how to get her to clip out of the wall before she was late to work. They really need to fix this bug, the company we work for is strict about being on time.

That's what I think is happening too, it's the same with Judy starting at a window and not being able to sleep at her apartment. The problem is that I never got a text message or started the quest, even though the game seems to be acting like I did.

Fingers crossed that a console command comes across able to debug the series of facts that trigger the text so we can unstuck our Judy's.

Ok, I was having a issue with Panam and not Judy on mine. Judy would just stand by the window and do nothing. I would still recieve text messages and such. Panam sent me a weird message about meeting at my house but she never shows nor when going to nomad camp she would just be standing there blankly with no dialog.

I put in

Game.GetQuestsSystem():SetFactStr("judy_default_on",1)
Game.GetQuestsSystem():SetFactStr("panam_default_on",1)
Which was stated earlier in this thread for both characters. This reset them. Then I finally got Panam's photo. Judy was showering went back to Panam and she was showering. So I believe it worked. And yes I am playing with a mod to romance both because I like my relationships really complicated like real life.

how do you switch between who calls you for the house dates? (`I Really Want to Stay at Your House' quest) do you just set one to 0 and the other to 1?

Okay, my problem is even worse. I never even had the "I really want to stay at your home quest" and Judy is already bugged. A clean save game started from zero with no mods still have it. It is definitelly a structured bug that needs resolving, I imagine they're accumulating fixes for other issues. I hope for next month some sort of update to fix this and others.
