i Really want to stay at your house quest broken

When doing this quest with my partner of choice (panam) her character model doesnt appear i can speak and interact with her but its like talking to a ghost theres no one there anyone know how to fix this vusual bug

I have the same issue. Tragic. No number of save reloads working. Started a new game, still not working.

I have an issue with it not starting at all. I got the game after the latest update, finished pyramid song but no message to start the quest. not sure what's causing this but any chance any of you know how to fix?

I can talk to her but model doesn't appear..

EDIT SOLVED:
Just remembered I had installed a mod which was changing Panam's looks before expansion. Removing the mod fixed it for me.
