This was the solution! Thank you! I unplugged my first controller to play wirelessly and I figured while I'm playing on this one, I might as well charge my second. So I plugged in my second Xbox controller to the USB-C and fired up Cyberpunk. Both analogs stopped working.
I came here looking for a solution and Axous had it. It didn't like my one controller wireless and the other plugged in a lit up. I unplugged it from charging and I fired up the game again and it's back to normal.
