Bugged Gig: Bring me the Head of Gustavo Ortega

I've had to reload my game several times now and this continues to happen. If I attempt the peaceful option--ringing the bell and using Street Kid dialogue to be let in--the game still notifies me that an intruder was detected, and everyone in Gustavo's apartment goes into combat mode. I even tried the alternate route of sneaking straight up to Gustavo for the talk. As soon as he looks at me, he starts the peaceful conversation, but the "intruder detected" warning flashes up and he stops talking to start shooting. I'm basically being given no choice but to end this mission violently.

The same thing is happening to me, i don`t know how to stop it, i thought that was something about one of my quuickhacks, but it seems that`s not the case. I`m completely lost

Having the exact same issue, here's my fix (tested literally just now)
Sneak through the side way, and scan to turn off both of the cameras that are inside the apartment. You'll have to be careful not to get caught through the window, but yeah, that's how I managed to get it to work.

Yep i jumped up the balcony way like always and as soon as he speaks even tho camera can't see me.. it does this.

In the end, I just knocked him out and killed his entourage. It was the path of least resistance for me. But it was unfortunate that I couldn't just talk him into handling the situation himself. I like taking the peaceful path if I can.

To whoever wondering how to solve this bug: just turn off the cameras via controling them. Once you turn off the camera you can switch to it and turn off another one: they automatically turn off when you disconnect from them
