Cyberpunk 2077 will not launch after 2.02 update. Please Help.
I started a new game file for 2.0 and it was playing fine without any crashes. I didnt played for a couple weeks and then download 2.02. Now my game will not launch at all. I do not have any mods downloaded. Can anyone help please. Thank you for your time.

You need to do a clean reinstall or at least give more details. Judging by the way you worded it I would say you used to use mods, this causes problems.

Don't use mods, didn't even install it till 2.0. Game never loaded. Uninstalled it, installed it again about a week ago, still no mods. Game loaded once after 2.02 and the latest Nvidia Drivers. Doesn't boot again.

I'm having the same issue I used mods originally but my game won't run even with mods disabled, I've even deleted all my mods.

Same here, never installed any mods. Everything was perfect in the 2.0.1 update...
Copied from another thread:

If you installed Mod Settings AT ANY POINT, you will not be able to launch the game, until complete deletion of that mod.

Go to C:\Users\(your profile name)\AppData\Local\Programs and delete CD Projekt Red folder there.

Go to steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin and delete x64 folder there.

Do a file check in Steam, it will download files. Launch from Library, as usual.

Does it give you a crash error? In that case you can find

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\REDEngine\ReportQueue

In those folders you'll see stacktrace.txt. What is the full info in there?

Some good suggestions but this didnt work for me. Even a full clean reinstall including a search for all Cyberpunk folders on the PC doesnt seem to get everything.

Here are some more details. I never downloaded any mods during the whole time I had the game. Ever time I launch the game from cdr lunch screen, it goes to cyberpunk 2077 logic screen and then crashes. Then is get the “whoa, cyberpunk 77 has flatlined” reporter window. And I have reported it many times.

We need the crash logs.
%localappdata%\REDEngine\ReportQueue
Delete all of them, then crash the game and give us the .log file in the one it creates.
Also, the game will not clean up after itself so clear these out if you're crashing a lot.

How do you want us to communicate/give the crash logs? I have it pulled up, but what do you need?
