Anyone else having a problem in this mission? Whenever I get to the car chase sequence I can't pull out a gun, so there is no way of me completing it since you will automatically die if you don't shoot/destroy the cars chasing.

Just completed the mission a day or two ago, and didn't experience any car chase that you speak of.
Did you go in guns blazing to free Saul, or take the stealthy route? -- Y'might have to re-do the mission, and take the silent approach when going to rescue Saul, so that way you don't trigger a chase sequence.

I've done it both ways, loud causes a chase. After a few attempts I reloaded before starting the mission and went off to do some other things. Eventually came back to it and it worked that time doing it the exact same way. No idea what caused that bug at first.
