[BUG] Automatic Love

So i'm in my forth Playthrough in experienced this bug the first time.

In the Quest "Automatic Love" my task is too meet with judy, but i don't have a waypoint on my map and when i go to Lizzie's Bar - even when it's supposed to be open - the doors wont open.

Restarting wont help, verifying gamefiles wont help, loading an older save wont help, doing other missions wont help...

I really love this game, but hits is literally gamebreaking, because i cant continue with the main missions.

Does anyone has a workaround or experienced the same issue?
