Quest "Birds with broken wings" bug (speak with Songbird objective duplicated)

So I've been having this problem for a few days now. Basically when I started the quest I only had the "Access the tracking station transceiver". While going there I got the "Meet Songbird between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM" objective, so I changed my route and went there. When I was almost there (or maybe after completing a car quest for El Capitan, I can't remember) I noticed that the "meet Songbird" objective was duplicated. I thought that it would go away by completing it so I went anyway and waited for Songbird on the bench. She spawned and spoke to me, but now she's just standing there and I can't answer.
So now I have one "talk to Songbird" objective that I cannot complete, and still one "Meet Songbird between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM" objective. I also cannot skip time because the game thinks I'm talking to Songbird (I think). I tried searching online but the only thing I found about this is another poor soul's post in the Cyberpunk 2077 forum, and no one answered with a solution.
By the way I already did a clean install of the entire game after Phantom Liberty came out. I also tried reloading another save (but it was too late I thnk because the objective was already duplicated, and I don't want to lose too much progress). I also tried some other random stuff, like using fast travel, doing some car runs for El Capitan, changing tracked quest to the "Meet Hanako at Embers" one and back. Of course any of this helped.
Did anyone of you have this problem? How did you solve it?

Dealing with this right now. Literally exactly. Have an extra "Meet with Songbird" and everything. First time I triggered one of the cloned quest objectives at 3am (outside of the meet time) and got the bug. Try reloading an earlier save, save right before you go up to talk, then wait (between the 11pm and 1am timer). I did this and it let me talk to her.

I wanted to avoid reloading an earlier save because I'm not sure how much stuff I did between the last save before doing the quest and the quest itself. I'll try tho since I don't have other options. Thanks a lot for the feedback!

I had this same bug and fixed it by verifying the game files. right click > properties > installed files > verify integrity of game files

I was always saying that the main problem of the game is not in bugs, that where supposedly fixed, but boring gameplay.
But now after this bug - i just need to literally delete an hour of my gameplay just to be able to continue? Gg Cd project.
