Cannot respect in menu

As titled when I go to the character skill menu I can remove skill points, but I cannot reset my attributes. I have looked online and there should be an option in the lower left screen in the character attribute screen. But simply nothing is there which is odd because I had respect when I started the new dlc.

Any who just wondering if anyone else has this bug. I can just stay a stealthy knife boy on my character. I just wanted to try out something else.

You only get it once per character, but there is a mod for this
