Nothing here for you, turn back. Bug/issue

In act 1, doing what I do, everything i can before progressing to act 2.

I was just cruising down a spillway and hit a dead end, water. When I got close it gave me the turn back warning. I was disappointed but turned back could not go on anyways with the water I thought I'd find a ramp and started driving the opposite direction after a while. I cleared a ncpd spot it reset me back to the spill way! I was now 700m from were I was at that ncpd call Wth? So I brushed it off and went back out. This happened 3 times before I shut the game down.

Hopefully reset will fix that like it did the vanishing body in my trunk (don't ask.)

I've had this problem too, just restarting the game 'fixed' it for me (just don't go to the turn back warning again)

Even after getting PL this still happens easily. All one has to do to recreate this bug is first get to a turn back zone, get reset then drive away. Seems to reset you after a certain period of time until you shut down the game and reload.
