"Don't lose your mind" bug I guess? it didn't trigger in my playthrough

After finishing the "Epistrophy" mission, I waited for Delamain to call, while waiting, I completed Panam quest line and several other quests, so it definitely passed 48hr in-game time, it still no sign of the quest about to start, i even went to the Corpo Plaza, but nothing happened, is it a bug for the 2.0 update or I just missing something here? BTW all "Epistrophy" are complete successfully, i didn't install any mod.

Same thing for me. It's been way over 48 hours, and I also tried entering Corpo Tower are on car multiple times at different times, but still nothing.

lol, just tried driving around the roundabout in Corpo area and finally found the traffic jam (there is a truck blocked by Delamain taxi). It was around noon on the clock, although not sure if that matter. As far as I know you need to drive, too.
