The achievement Relic Ruler is bugged, it just popped simply because I respecced

I just withdrew one perk point and added it to another perk and the achievement just pop, just letting the debs know it's bugged and it activates when it isn't supposed to sometimes it seems.

same just happened to me. got a 3rd relic point to grab a perk and the achievement popped for me when i only have 3 perks so far
