Quadra type 66 hoon not spawning

I’ve checked the warehouse 10 times now and it won’t spawn for me. I already met Takemura at the coffe shop, already found Evelyn, and finished the Delamain quest line people on other sites/posts say might trigger the spawn to happen. I’m almost level 40 so it’s def not a level lock issue since the vids I’ve seen had people with much lower levels. Is there anything I’m somehow missing or just bugged? Game was a fresh start save after 2.0 came out.

Same for me. Seems to be a bug. Most people that don't know about it won't recogninze it because it is a hidden quest. I just hope it can be fixed afterwards.

Did you ever get it? I'm having same bug. Lvl 60, Lvl 50 street cred, most of the way done with PL and main questline, Hoon still won't spawn. Someone tag a dev lol

I started 3 characters with 2.0 and one "quickstart" character for the DLC - all found the Hoon. Did you check the proper hall?

Did not spawn for my first character.

Created second character to check if I'm looking in right place and it was right there. So sad.

There was no car at night. I got back there at 8 a.m. and the car was already there.
