El capitan wont talk

So i went to drop him a car, but now he is stuck looking at his car. what can i do?

Im having the same problem. Stuck in talk mode so i cant jump open doors or even use guns.. He just stares at his crap car the entire time..

Same here, seems the spot to engage conversation does not exist. I tried to push him but it did not work, telephone does not work either
I tried 3 times with different cars, same issue.

I had the same problem. I solved it by stopping the vehicle in front of the garage and getting out from vehicle. And then I pulled into the garage and the conversation with el capitan started without the problem.

Same here, this fixed it for me. When I got out right before the garage it causes El Capitan to walk around the vehicle and say a few lines before he goes back to staring longingly into the engine. When I got out it gave me the prompt to talk. Cheers man!

the gate to get in is closed so i cant even get near him with my car
