Crash on launch. "A Heap has been corrupted" error.

I haven't been able to play since 2.0 launched because of this error, anytime i click play in the redlauncher it instantly crashes.

The stacktrace.txt file's error report is this:

Error reason: Unhandled exception
Expression: EXCEPTION_HEAP_CORRUPTION (0xC0000374)
Message: A heap has been corrupted..
File: <Unknown>(0)

anyone having the same issue and got any ideas? I have tried every single fix out there.

Update: I reinstalled windows and it fixed the issue, runs pretty much perfectly now.
