Glitch effect from talking to johnny after clouds persists

After clouds and after johnny talks to you, the screen has that glitch effect. Problem is, it never went away. Ive done a bunch of missions and its still there. The game isnt necessarily unplayable, but it is giving me a headache.

Sleeping doesnt work, dying doesnt work, getting drunk doesnt work, exiting and reloading the game doesnt work. I cant load a save from before i talked to him because i have overridden it. I didnt think i would need to reload it, as it should have just gone away.

From what I've heard, reload from before the dialog and pick different choices.

Distorted Relic effect persists after talking to Johnny at the end of the "Automatic Love" quest

We're working on an issue where the distorted Relic effect can persist after talking to Johnny at the end of Automatic Love.

In the meantime, here's a workaround:
1. Load an earlier save from before the conversation with Johnny after leaving the elevator.
2. During the conversation DO NOT select the "F**ked in the head worse than me" dialogue option.
3. Proceed with the quest as normal.

The exact same thing happened to me, the problem is that he thought it was an occasional glitch or part of the story and I've moved on, so I don't even have a save from before the aforementioned conversation.

i thought it randomly happens for plot reasons, i cant get rid of it and cant go back to my save :_(

Game breaking star field glitch happened, had to leave it alone...48 hours after release. Hop back into cyberpunk and this happens.

ya'll lucky. Nothing is fixing it for me. Not even the mod to remove effects entirely.
The ONE time I pick that dialogue option....
