How does this run on a 3070 Ti at 1440p now?
Worth installing with that at all or should I go ahead and order a 4080?

Same or worse, performance-wise. The only performance gains you get are from running the game with latest-greatest Path Tracing and DLSS3.5, But it's kind of meh. Previously you'd get 20fps, now you'll get 27fps. :D

it feels bad, upgrade your CPU too, new AI (police too) is more CPU intensive, minimum requerement of CPU for good gameplay with RT and max NPCs was grow, my last 5600 on 4.5ghz with 3733mhz cl16 memory is ♥♥♥♥ now for RT, minimum is 7500f or 12600k + 6000mhz cl32/cl36 memory for the best performance 60fps stable with full RT (all scenarious of this game)

Well, at least there's a boost in there lol. Along with a massive performance hit from graphical upgrades to negate it, but still.

Hmm, well I have a 5800x and I...really don't feel like doing another full PC build whether I can afford it or not. But I guess I'll see how the 5800x holds up. Googling, looks like it's pretty close to a 7500f, most of the time. Sometimes it's way slower but not generally.

I have a 3070 and running at 1440p I have two options to get acceptable Framerates (around 70-80 FPS).

1. I can turn RT off or
2. I can set Texture Quality to Medium, somehow the change from medium to high eats around 25-30% FPS.

With Texture Quality on Medium I can turn RT on (without Reflections), set Lighting to Ultra and have a smooth experience around 75 FPS.
