Stucks in the CDPR logo intro, I cannot see the menu, then crash report screen appears

Even if they keep updating it forever, this game is complete garbage. I deleted the game twice and reinstalled it, all drivers are up to date. I formatted my computer 2 weeks ago. Now, before reformatting, I wanted to open a topic here. My problem is this; While the game is starting up, it gets stuck at the CDPR logo and nothing happens. The menu screen does not appear. The game starts, I hear sounds in the background, but the menu does not appear and stuck at logo. then CRASH REPORT appears and the game closes.

I played this game in 1.62 version, so my pc can run this game. I verified game files
My some pc specs:
- RTX 3070 (latest driver updated (537.42 official driver update installed)
- ryzen 5 5600x
- Nvme SSD

EDIT: Just click "Play" button on the steam, but dont click "play" button on the REDLauncher, just go to your folder (Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64) right click and run with adminastrator the exe file. I tried several times this. and just pass the intro with no stuck..

But then I will crash either at character creation or on the few seconds of the game.

You won't believe this, but I think I solved the problem, at least it opened for me. First of all, you should not run the game from the steam interface.
First, check your task manager, the game may be running in the background even though you closed it. Make sure you don't see these names in Task Manager (RedEngine,REDLauncher or Cyberpunk)

Then, Go to the location of your Steam folder in your C or D driver on your PC, go to your steam, cyberpunk game folders
(for me ->C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64)
go to x64 folder. You should see "Cyberpunk2077" (exe, application) try to run with administrator. It should open and not stuck at intro.

It only worked once with this method, and now the same problem persists. What's wrong with this game!
