Slow walking and unable to summon car bugs.

So pretty much every other playthrough I'll either be stuck walking slower than if I'm overloaded(I'm not). The only way to be able to move a normal speed again is to quit out and start again.

Similarly, I can summon V's car sometimes, but not always. Even if it's nowhere on the map, it just won't appear, the game seems to not register the summon. A restart is required for this as well.

Just validated my files, nothing missing.

I assume this must be a 2.0 issue, I never had these problems before.

I haven't had the "slow walking" bug, but sprinting around feels pretty janky (run at an angle and you just...stop sprinting sometimes) and if you're holding sprint you should just be put right into it from whatever you're doing when you move again.

But the CAR BUG yeah I'm having the car issue. Just won't call, don't know why.

I'm able to summon the vehicle, but unable to make it move. No matter what key bindings I use, the car won't move at all. Something has gone wrong with this 2.0 update, as the bindings are the same as release and I had no issues then.

I don't know which would be more frustrating. Either way, better hope your strength is high enough to steal a decent car!

Honestly, at this point I don't think it would matter. I can't get any vehicle to move, so a quick get away is off the table lol

Actually, the summon vehicle function seems to be a glitch. I do a quick save, quit to menu, and reload and the summon function works. I Hope the glitch is fixed soon.
