No it's not. It runs on Tensor, not the update OFA units found in Ada over the ones in Ampere/Turing.
OP, enable overdrive mode to use RayReconstruction
It'll apparently be pushed out to hybrid RT modes with a future update according to an post by a CDPR dev I've seen quoted around.

Update GPU drivers to the version released today.

Overdrive may do that thing only, i don't know. kinda sucks, I'm on a 3080 and lost 30 fps due to ray reconstruction :(
Technically you lost 30 FPS enabling Path Tracing, NOT Ray Reconstruction, but seeing as how one is required for the other, well it sucks for those on lower tier GPU's at least until they enable RR for RT modes other than Path Tracing.
Man a 3080 is lower tiered?
