bugged? - japantown NCPD suspected organized crime activity

the one with the area with hanging cages with people in them. looks like a human trafficking gig.
killed all the gang members and looted the box there with the mission icon but the NCPD icon doesn't close in the map and since i was just going around killing all the gang members when across multiple NCPD markers from the map i am unsure what i missed from that one and it's still open.

anyone ran into this too?

if you havent already figured it out, I had the same issue, turns out there was one last gang member just hanging around the area, I offed em and it completed the scanner

i just found the last one , basically i decided to dump them all in the trash and i noticed that one of them was just not dead i shot him and that completed the ncpd quest
so check the corpses one of them is probably still alive :D
