[QUEST BUG] Delamain

Heya, I'm doing the quest for Delamain and it eems completely bugged. The first car ( in the roundabaout ) worked fine, then the second car ( committing suicide ) just threw itself over the ledge before the dialogue started, but it doesn't prevent the quest from continuing, so I got to the one in Pacifica with the Glados voice, the scanner goes to 100%, the dialogue starts and then stops, and the car disappears. There is nothing where the yellow line on the radar ends.

I tried to reload previous saves, same thing happened. I think the car just falls through the road.
